Hello, how are you? I am the original huh, click on the attention, more exciting content waiting for you!
Finding the best laptop for gaming can feel a little bit tedious, as there are so many impressive options to choose from. And since PC gaming hardware is constantly improving, not to mention that many laptops today are comparable to traditional desktop PCs, it's all too easy to buy the ultimate gaming laptop.
My ranking consists of laptops that I have reviewed through various games to see what they are capable of, as well as other options that I have experienced first hand. Let's take a look.
01. Thunderbird Spirit Blade 17: The best gaming laptop
If you are looking for the best Thunderbird laptop without any limitations and technical flaws, then the Thunderbird Spirit Blade 17 is perfect for you. The expensive price is the main reason for its drawbacks, but if you are willing to spend the money, you really will get the best. This is a powerful gaming laptop, but I will warn that power comes at a price.
In my Thunderbird Spirit Blade 17 review, I said that the power of this laptop ensures that it becomes the perfect workstation for designers and 3D artists, and only if you really want to enjoy the finer things in life and don't look at the price.
When testing, I found the 4K touch display to be great, but perhaps a bit of overkill, but with the latest components and Razer's sleek design, this really is the laptop of the moment.
But all that good stuff comes at a price, an actual high price, but if you want a high-spec, heavy-bomb laptop that can run just about anything, and budget isn't an issue, then invest in the Razer Blade 17.
02. ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15: both fashion and performance of the game laptop
ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 is an RGB LED extravaganza, turn it on and it will blink in every color. If nothing else, this is one of the best gaming laptops and is the perfect partner for unabashed gamer style.
This revised 2022 model is also very powerful thanks to a new Intel Gen 12 CPU and the latest Nvidia RTX graphics card.
In my ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 review, I found a well-made and sturdy gaming laptop with good battery life and streamlined quality. Other than the LED lights that surround the chassis, there's little to get excited about.
The only downside is that the 240Hz, 1440p screen looks a bit dull and disappointing compared to the other screens on this list, and the 2.3kg means it's not the lightest gaming laptop around.
03. Thunderbird Spirit Blade 15: The best laptop for gaming overall
The latest successor to the Razer Blade 15 Spirit Blade 15 series looks as slick as ever and continues to dazzle as one of the best gaming laptops available.
It's one of the best-looking laptops around, with a black, minimal aluminum chassis that avoids any of the fancy features that scream "gamer," and it's also very lightweight and portable considering the high-end, powerful components inside. It's an older laptop, but it's still the best all-rounder for gaming.
In my review, I highlighted the great things about this computer, but also pointed out the price aspect. Now the Razer Blade 15 is still very good, but the price has dropped. the Razer Blade 15 is very good.
If you decide to go with the most powerful configuration, the Nvidia 3080 series GPUs along with the 12th generation chips make it a powerful package, but if you want to save some money, then the 3070 GPU with Intel Core i7 is a good choice as well.
04. ASUS TUF Gaming F15: the best value gaming laptop
The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is a great mid-range gaming laptop that won't break your bank. It's solidly built for a 15.6-inch machine, but quite slim and portable.
You'll get Intel's latest 12th generation CPU and Nvidia RTX 30 series graphics, while the 15.6-inch screen offers 1440p resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.
The 165Hz refresh rate marks it as a clear gaming-centric laptop, but the screen also boasts a DCI-P3 color gamut coverage of 100%, which really serves the user well.
In practice, we found that while the performance was great, the screen lacked a bit of vibrancy and visual appeal. It's definitely not bright enough for outdoor use and has a little bit of backlighting around the edges of the panel.
The sound could be better too. On top of that, while this is obviously not as stylish as the Razer Blade 15, it's a great value alternative for gaming and content creation as well.
05. MSI GE76 Deluxe: The best MSI gaming laptop
The MSI GE76 Deluxe is a beast of a gaming laptop with some top-of-the-line components like the Intel Core i9-12900HK and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti.
The 17-inch display makes everything look incredible, and with its powerful features, it can handle other demanding activities such as video editing and recording.
There are also some nice design touches, for example, if you're partial to a bit of style, then you'll love the RGB light bar that matches the colored backlit keys.
This is one of the features that I really like about this laptop game. It's also a really badass machine, but it definitely sits on the more expensive side of the price range.
All of this technology and style has one thing going for it; the MSI GE76 Deluxe is very heavy, so it's best used as a desktop replacement or a kit you plan to plug into a better TV or monitor.
