Auto HDR mode is turned on more discreetly, and the daytime strategy tends to be dark exposure.
The Vivo X90 is very well exposed at night, far beyond real world conditions, thanks to the Zeiss T-coating and V2 imaging chip that reduces reflections and stray light while brightness is boosted, yet shadows retain excellent purity of detail.
The 2x portrait lens works well in simple scenes, but remains inaccurate in complex situations, failing to identify accurate subjects and bokeh the background.
